The Best D**n Breakfast Ever!
Ingredients:
Directions:

Use imagination to choose the color(s) of bell pepper and the meat, seafood, or other ingredient

Choose a song to hum and a large skillet. Whisper an approiate promise for the day and then kiss the pan before setting it over medium heat. Add 1 tps olive oil. Add the sausage and cook to light brown. Remove and set aside on paper towel. Remove any fat drippings by wiping with a paper towel. No need to pre-cook seafood unless it is raw in which case sautee it along with the ingredients in the next step.

Return skillet to medium heat. Add butter and 1 tbs olive oil and heat to melt point. Add garlic, sage, and mushrooms to sautee. Half way done add pepper and onion and stir in.

While that mess is cooking put the bread in the toaster oven.and break eggs into bowl. Take time to appreciate the bright color of the yolks while tossing the skillet. Add salt, pepper, and milk to the eggs. Stir vigorously to scramble. Notice the difference between these eggs and conventional eggs while tossing the skillet again. They break down completly, still up smooth, and are still bright yellow even with the milk added. Say thankyou to George... and his happy hens.

As soon as the mess in the pan is medium done, add the eggs. Slice the sausage and add or add the pre-cooked seafood. Stir occassionally to cook eggs evenly to taste and fold ingredients together. While the eggs are cooking, butter the toast and return to the warm oven.

When the eggs are almost done to taste, set away from heat and fold in the cheddar cheese.

Garnish the plates with the parsley and fruit slices. Plate the eggs. Add toast to the side.

Voila! Yum yum!! Enjoy!!!

Note for added convenience:

I have prepared this for as many as 30 people at once and you only need 10 minutes to throw it together. Much of the work and cooking can be done ahead of time. Do the sauteed ingredients and store in containers in the fridge or even a cooler for a camping trip. You can even pre-scramble the eggs and milk and store it. Then just throw all the ingredients together in a pan at one time except the cheese. It only takes as long to cook this up as it takes the eggs to cook. Pull it off the heat and fold in the cheese. Hollar for them all to line up, grab a plate, and come get it. You just dish it up right out of the pans. Glorious! They will marvel at how something sooo goooood can be cooked up soooo fast and they will think your a genius.

A word of Caution: You better be able to accept praise and kudos from your guests if you do this dish for them!!
