Rosemary Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 Hard-boiled Country Hen eggs
  • 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. cream
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper


Directions:

Cut the eggs in half lenthwise and remove the yolks.

Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, onion, parsley, rosemary, mustard, salt and pepper.

Stuff the egg whites with the egg yolk mixture and chill for an hour before serving.
