Hot Egg Flip

Ingredients:

  • 1 Country Hen Egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbs. Brandy
  • 1 Cup Hot milk
  • nutmeg

Directions:

Put the Country Hen egg, sugar, brandy and hot milk into a blender. Whirl on high speed for 20 seconds. Serve immediately sprinkled with nutmeg.
Yield: Serves 1
