Directions:
Combine sugar and graham cracker crumbs and mix well. Add butter and stir all together. Divide evenly into pie pans. Spread around evenly and up the sides with the back of a spoon with moderate pressure. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Combine Country Hen egg yolks, and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl preferably one you can pour out of easily. Add key lime juice and mix well with a spoon. Add the whipped heavy whipping cream and fold into mixture until it is combined. Pour into pie pans (believe me it will all fit into 2 pie pans) and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Carefully remove pies from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes and then transfer to freezer. Once they are frozen they can be covered with plastic wrap and kept until serving time. Remove from freezer 20 min. before you intend to serve them. Serve with a dollop of real whip cream on each slice. ENJOY!
