Directions:
Thaw pie shell. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Put 1 tbsp. of olive oil in pan and saute onions until they become clear. Do not brown. Add spinach and garlic powder (about 1/8 tsp.) and sprinkle a tiny bit of tumeric on mixture and stir and saute. Be sure to drain any water from the spinach.
Beat eggs and milk together. Put spinach mixture into quiche shell and pour egg mixture over it.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Check quiche to be sure middle is cooked. If it is a bit liquid then cook it for about 5 more minutes until done.
